Renowned butcher shop, I know the products to go regularly to Bocuse halls in Part Dieu. I wanted to test the recipes at the counter. The frame is noisy but it will be my only black point because everything else is fine. The meats are of quality, the cooks are mastered and in case of a whim, if there is not what one wants on the card, one can ask the chef to prepare the meat of the stall as he likes. The desserts don't have much interest, I don't come for that. I recommend

We wanted to test since the opening. The quality of meat is undoubtedly the top. A burger is cooked to a point. The fries-salade accompaniment is well provided. The service is efficient and pleasant. But the frame, at the etage, is frankly not terrible (a unpleasant smell when you enter on the ground floor and in the climb of the escalator). Some tables are placed in front of the butcher’s stall. Certainly we are in Les Halles, but still: cold and minimalist decoration. And the toilets are squarely outside the halls! Good for a quick lunch in the week.
Always as well. Friendly welcome and delicious dishes. We have already lunched several times at the Trolliet Butcher shop. But this time we were accompanied by my two little girls (15 and 11 years old) who were enchanted and who want to make this restaurant known to their parents.
