Bar Restaurant Le Franklin - Lyon

Once again, it's our experience of charming service which is top of our list for returning regularly. The wonderful art-nouveau decore and friendly atmosphere draw us. But they'd be nothing without the FOOD! It's still value-for-money, bistro-nomique, as they say here. The Rum-Baba experience is NOT to be missed - it's the best of the best that I've been able to find in Lyon, and there are quite a few excellent ones around! The new, ambitious chef respects Le Franklin's most popular menus, and has added his own creations. Watch this space!

Located in a very nice area of lyon, close to the ridge docks and the gold-head park, this small bar-restaurant has delighted us with the quality of the kitchen offered for a very interesting price! plus the menu changes every day:-)

The terrine de froi gras turned out really goodThey gave a very nice portionBut the samosa de langoustine was betterDelicious food.
