Subway - Lynwood

Stopped by today n the manager.was supper rude today. She refused to give us her name. Did not process our order as requested. We work down the block n if she going to be there we will not be going back. Total lack of respect towards customers. Very rude. Other employees were afraid to give us her name n when asked she stated she would not give us her name n she was not wearing a name tag. Totally advise againt going thier. Not worth the headache.

The young lady who serviced me had great customer service. I cannot say the same for one of the Male workers. I didn't get his name but I can always tell when a person is not happy to help. The tables were dirty and a seat had spilled food on it and I can tell he didn't want to clean it up for us so we could sit and enjoy our food.

Placed order online and went to pick up when I got home opened the sandwiches and one they were all wrong and two there was a knife in one of them. When taken back they were out of bread and they can only replace them with flat bread

Very rude worker. Throws your food around and has one of the most disgusting and unprofessional attitude I have ever seen. Wouldn?t recommend being nice to her since she seems to have a problem with that too. Messed up my order after telling her three times what I wanted and proceeded to get mad because she can?t listen to simple requests. Save your time and don?t bother coming here.

People who handle food are supposed to protect their hair to avoid the risk of hair falling into food, they wear long hair without protection so it is more likely to find hair in food
