Wild Wasabi - Lynnwood

We were in the opposite of lynnwood and wanted sushi, so chose this for a try. the outer looked a bit down, so not the first choice for a first date. Casual environment, box seats and diner-like. the personal was attentive. eating was typical western style; huge menu. nigiri are good; the special salmon bell (with a piece on the house) was the star of the whole meal as it should be. the sunset roll has sweet chili sauce and mandele at the top, which unfortunately was not our kind. the spicy thun-fish tare saw and tasted very salsa and maischips and was not what we had expected at all. Maybe next time it'll try another place.

I visited this restaurant during happy hour and ordered a red dragon roll and spicy salmon roll from the happy hour menu. My friend and I wanted to try the 1 piece nigiri from the happy hour menu to sample different fish, but they did not allow any changes for happy hour. This was disappointing as I wanted my friend to try both tuna options. The red dragon roll was decent, but the spicy salmon roll lacked flavor and tasted bland. We also ordered edamame as a starter, which turned out to be calamari instead. Overall, it was a decent place to eat with good service. The server was friendly and attentive, offering us more water or tea. The restaurant itself is beautiful and clean.

We absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is exquisite, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is top-notch. The grilled garlic creamy salmon is especially incredible, but they also excel at other dishes such as California rolls, katsu, and delicious udon.

We discovered this restaurant after shopping at a nearby mall. We were seated quickly and browsed the menu. We ordered some delicious edamame rolls and a hot mango lemon tea. The sushi was smaller than we were used to, but still tasty. I ordered the Uyabi roll from Seattle, but was disappointed that I couldn't order the 3 Bento boxes for the lunch happy hour price that was advertised. The manager wouldn't honor the discounted prices and tried to charge us more for the Bento box. This soured my dining experience. The service was a bit slow, especially considering we were there just before the 2pm cut off for lunch specials.

This place is GREAT! It's all about the food. Everything I ordered was fresh and perfectly prepared and seasoned just right. I came to Wild Wasabi super hungry, so totally got way too much. I ate for three days on what I ordered! ? It was delicious to the last bite. Just writing about it makes me ready to go back now!!
