The Cheesecake Factory - Lynnwood

For a busy night like valentines day, we had a phenomenal experience at cheesecake factory. We were given a 45 minute wait estimate but we got the ready text at the 35 minute mark. A solid tip for customers is that you don't have to wait in the long hostess line to tell them you got your ready text. We just walked up on the side of the table and we got sat immediately. Our waiter Dakota was extremely nice, very attentive, and made sure our custom orders were executed accurately. Dakota was also very proactive with informing us about a 30+ minute wait for cheesecake and suggested we order it at the same time as our appetizers to ensure we got them at the proper time (dessert). We opted not to get cheesecake because we think that, though yummy, every cheesecake is cloyingly sweet. The bread and butter was nice as always, and our drinks were very yummy. I got the JW pink lemonade and my wife got a triple shot red raspberry. We recommend both of these drinks. Our appetizers came out quickly and were outstanding. The Mac and cheese balls were very cheesy, creamy, and the Mac was nice and tender. The crunchy shell was the perfect complement! Our Brussel sprouts were also rather tender but still packed a nice earthy taste. I wish we got slightly more bacon in the dish though. For our entrees, my honey truffle chicken was moist, tender, and had a nice crispy skin. Asparagus was cooked well and the mash potatoes were great texture albeit slightly salty (which is acceptable for me). My wife was in love with her orange chicken. Perfectly cooked rice and a light batter crisp on the chicken made it addictive. We had a great valentines day meal, and will be back to the Cheesecake factory for more dinners soon!

The food was delicious! I ordered the Thai curry but requested a beef substitution instead of chicken, and they happily accommodated my request. The service was prompt, and we decided to order cheesecake to go. They packed it beautifully.

This restaurant is in a very busy area, making it difficult to secure a table. The wait times can be quite long. However, we ordered drinks and a birthday cheesecake, which were absolutely delicious. The food was full of amazing flavors!

I had one of my best experiences yet at this restaurant! Everything was excellent, starting from when we put our name down to receiving a text that our table was ready in just 10 minutes. It took less than 10 minutes to be seated and place our order, and our food arrived in another 10-15 minutes. Despite the restaurant being full, the service was impressive, which shows that everyone was on top of their game! We left a 25% tip because of that. I highly recommend this location!
