The flavor, the tenderness, the delightfully charred crispy edges, and the generous portion size—everything you could possibly want in a classic Seattle chicken teriyaki. I'm from California, but I make a point to visit Seattle every year, and this restaurant is a must-stop for me. I typically order the spicy salmon teriyaki or the chicken teriyaki, and they are both amazing! Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all 5 out of 5.
