L L Hawaiian Barbeque - Lynnwood

I've been there about six times, and each visit has been consistently wonderful. I'm always 100% satisfied when I leave. I can't wait for my BBQ chicken plate and their perfect mac salad—so delicious! In fact, I'm heading there right now. The service is always impeccable, too. The food was excellent and served in generous portions. This was my first experience with Hawaiian cuisine (aside from Hawaiian pizza and a couple of Spam snacks), and I was pleasantly surprised by the flavors and variety. The restrooms were clean as well.

This place is an upgrade from your typical teriyaki restaurant, especially when you're starting to feel a bit self-conscious about visiting your usual spot more than five times a week. Give L&L a shot to shake things up! I usually order a combo of chicken katsu and short ribs. Although it's not on the menu, I've only had one issue ordering it this way out of twenty times. Also, skip the rice and ask for 'double mac' instead. It's a generous portion that feels like a meal and a half, and then you can go back to your usual teriyaki place for the other five days. There are plenty of other options on the menu, including some Filipino dishes, so I highly recommend trying it out.

This restaurant has a truly authentic vibe! The Kahlua pork Lumpia was incredibly delicious—absolutely ono! It's one of the few places in Seattle where you can actually find Hawaiian-style mac salad. As a local, I can definitely say this is a great spot to enjoy a meal.

Highly Authentic! If you’ve spent time in Hawaii, you'll really enjoy it. If you haven't, it may not resonate with you as much.
