Casa Guerrero - Lynnwood

I visited this restaurant on Sunday night for dinner. It was a warm evening, and most people were out enjoying barbecues, so we were the only table there, which meant we received plenty of attention from the staff. My husband ordered a combo that included a tostada, enchilada, and taco, while I chose the cheese chili relleno. We also decided to share a churro for dessert. Before our meal, we were served a basket of chips along with salsa, which we really enjoyed. Both of our dinner plates were delicious and came in generous portions, but we still managed to save some space for dessert. The friendly staff informed us about the size of the churro, so I was careful not to order too much. The churro itself was fantastic—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, filled with cream. I highly recommend this place!

We began our meal with warm chips and salsa to satisfy our appetite while we waited for our food. Not every Mexican restaurant offers this, and I truly appreciate this added touch. The dishes we ordered were not only beautifully presented but also delicious. My meal included a refreshing and crisp garden salad. Overall, it was a great choice for Mexican cuisine. The sauce in my dish wasn't my favorite, which is the only reason I'm giving it a rating of 4.5.

This charming restaurant is a remarkable discovery. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, it offers a delightful dining experience amidst the suburban landscape. I have seldom encountered lengua so tender or mole so robust, even during my travels in Latin America. To my surprise, the margaritas were notably stronger than what I typically find in the area. The house salsa had a wonderful kick, enhancing its refreshing taste. Casa Guerrero is truly a hidden treasure of the Pacific Northwest.

Yummy delicious and very friendly staff. Mexican food that you don't see at a taco truck. Highly recommend. Seating is limited and space is tiny in general.

My favorite spot in the Bothell/Lynnwood area! I absolutely love the chicken taco special, but this time I opted for three chicken enchiladas—one with avocado cream sauce, one with red sauce, and one with green sauce. They were all delicious! The margaritas are fantastic as well. I've never had a bad meal here.
