I need to preface this review with the fact that I absolutely love Cafe RioFavorite place to get a burrito.

This place is a delightful surprise! Have been asked to dine here several times and passed solely on exterior appearance and location, I mean come on

Vegetarian options: Protein selection can be rice and beans.

Decent food but the workers are so miserable. I get anxiety ordering because they are so rude. Went there yesterday and the server asked me if I wanted every single topping individually. When I tried to save both our energy by saying I just wanted cilantro and lime, he rudely said “I was JUST about to ask about cilantro…” like I was an idiot. Same with the cashier, I made a little joke about being too slow because my boyfriend paid for it while I was digging through my wallet and she just glared at me like I was an idiot. She actually didn’t say a single word to us other than confirming what we ordered so she can punch into the POS. I’ve gone here a handful of times in the last 5 years and it’s always been the same. I’ve never seen a smile or heard a greeting when entering or even a thank you. It’s a miserable and weird vibe like they hate you and want you out. I’d rather go to the qdoba nearby from now on.
