Barnes Noble Cafe - Lynnwood

Every time I go to this store, I get assistance immediately without asking for that! The selection of books is great, all new releases hit the store right away, and the customer service is excellent! My first favorite place to go when looking for something new on the market to read or for the classics! I strongly recommend it!

Olga at the Barns&Noble in Lynwood cafe understands what customers need and how customer relation is. She always makes me feel welcome whenever coming in the shop and indeed she is a good investment for the company in the future.

Got my books and got out. The lady directed me right where I need to go. I then paid for my books and got a $2 dollar off coupon for coffee.

Nice medium sized bookstore and easy enough to navigate. There’s a Starbucks inside and a small play area with small stage and puppets for kids to play with. We saw a lot of sales which I liked! We saw many books displayed with mental health and self-help, self-motivate theme which I like, so that was good. Clean bathroom, staff we encountered was friendly enough.

Such a fun place to go! Most books are overpriced though. I think this is mainly because they don't re-price their items when they come in, they just use whatever printed price is there. It's a really fun place to look around if you're in the area, but if you find something you like, it's a lot better to search it up on Amazon and double check the price before purchasing. Very organized and clean. Employees are friendly and super helpful.
