I used to have good experiences at this restaurant, but they messed up both items the last time I was here, and one of two items the time before that (and not small errors fundamental errors including missing the lone protein in the meal or the rice base). I decided to email the store for a refund after this latest experience, as email is the only way to contact them, and the customer service team is currently trying to insist that I am only due a pro rated refund on the missing value of the ingredients. Dealing with this place is just an unbelievable waste of time and energy. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
