Panera Bread - Lynnfield

I placed a large order today, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. They couldn't locate my order and continued to say it wasn't there, even though it was right in front of them. When I asked if the bag included utensils and paper plates, they only mentioned utensils. I requested a few paper plates, but they informed me that they only provide those for catering orders. I asked if they could just give me five, but they refused. To top it off, they didn't include any utensils either. Overall, the customer service was extremely poor.

This is the best Panera I've been to. The staff truly cares about their work and the quality of the food. Unfortunately, the customers can sometimes be unfriendly or difficult, but that's to be expected in this area and at a restaurant like this.

This was my first time at Panera, and it was magical! I ordered the strawberry chicken salad, and it was delicious. Their frozen strawberry lemonade is absolutely amazing. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10.

I have been to this location twice in a matter of a week. Not only did they mess up the same issue BOTH times of giving a half size sandwich instead of a full but they also gave NO tuna at all in the sandwich the second time. Unfortunately it was to go soI wasn't able to do anything about it.
