Alchemy - Lynnfield

It is highly recommended to make a reservation at this restaurant. We made the mistake of putting our names on the waitlist and were initially told to come back in 0-5 minutes. However, when we arrived, the wait time was suddenly extended to 37-40 minutes and we were asked to return in 20 minutes. After wandering around for a bit, we returned only to wait another 10 minutes for the busy host. When we finally reached the front, it had been a total of 35 minutes and the waitlist indicated a wait time of 1-6 minutes. The blonde hostess was quite rude and insisted that we needed to come back in 30-40 minutes, stating that reservations took priority over the waitlist. Thankfully, another host quickly found us a table, though the blonde hostess's unhelpful attitude nearly made us reconsider dining there. Despite this, the food was excellent, including the deviled eggs, ramen fries, gnocchi bolognese, the special duck confit, and the banana foster. The drinks were also exceptional. Our waitress was friendly, though she took a bit of time to attend to us due to the busy evening.

Great bar, great food. Even better drinks! Nice place to go with a friend for a quick bite and drink. Will definitely be back.

If your a seafood lover then i'm sure you will enjoy this place. The menu isn't for everyone so if you have children this may not be a place for them. Though they do have a children menu. ?‍The quality of food that comes out is great. They seem to try to perfect every dish that leaves the kitchen. Service was great.

Food was excellent and the portions were substantial. We had some of the largest sushi rolls I've ever had. Poké bowl was incredible as well.

Service was great. The food not so much. The desserts were horrible.
