Contribuiți la feedbackCame here just to get a footlong. everything seemed ok according to service and all that, but when i was halfway through eating I had a piece of hair in my mouth from when i ate it. The piece of hair is infused into the steak. The black girl that works at night needs to learn about food saftey and handling. I could have taken this a step further and drove back but im a cool dude, but this right here is ridiculous. People who eat here, please check your food before leaving because you dont know if these workers have the audacity to keep their hair from falling into the food you eat.
I've eaten at this Subway before and everytime I have the same complaint. They skimp SO HARD on the ingredients on my Black Forest ham sub. Maybe this kid was new...I don't know, but I had him put just a few more red onions so the other TWO red onion pieces would have company. Time to find a new store. This one is in Walmart in Lynn Haven.
I 'm sorry to have to give this poor of a review but this is because this location apparently does not care about its customers. I used to be a regular here, stopping by 1-2 times per week. Now, I try once maybe every 2-3 months in hopes they finally have gotten their act together, but nope, this last visit same exact issues with different employees which makes me think it 's either management or the owner of this Subway that just does not care. A couple of years ago, I called in after picking up my order from the drive-thru. This is because after waiting at the speaker for like ten minutes and no one even acknowledging I was there, I drove up to the window (no one was in front of me either) and I could see inside that this female employee was busy playing with her phone, not working, not waiting on customers, just on her phone. After sitting at the window a couple more minutes, I called them and it took about ten rings for her to answer, meanwhile I can see her inside playing with her phone!! I then told her that I had waited for ten minutes at the speaker and no one ever responded, she said that they took their headphones off and therefore did not know anyone was waiting at the drive thru! Then it just got worse from there, my entire order was messed up. Now, mind you, even though I was pissed off, I did not say that to this girl as I did not want them doing something to my food. However, I did call the next day to speak to the manager. When I called to speak to the manager, I was told he was not there but that the person answering was his son and he would be sure to get the message to him. I asked for a call as I had had issues with my order from the night before. I never received a call back so I called them again and conveniently the manager was also not there and again never called me back. So, I gave up and they lost my business at that point for a solid year I was so disgusted with them. I figured after a year, maybe there was new management, new employees, new owner, new something that improved them, so I tried again. This location either messes up your order or they slop your food on without a care in the world what they are serving. I must tell you that the bread is overbaked. When you bite into a Subway sandwich, the soft bread stays in one place. This overbaked or stale or whatever the issue is, flakes apart so I am wearing more bread than I 'm eating and it does not taste good. If the bread is bad, frankly it ruins the entire sandwich. Sorry for the long review, but there are many other experiences I could tell but I would really have to write an entire book to tell you. I would say 95% of my experiences with this location have been bad, no matter how long in between I wait to go back because I keep having a false hope that something will improve. So, I would avoid this location until they decide they actually want your business. If you have been here, leave reviews, call and ask to speak to the manager (if you can actually get in touch) and let them know about the employees and the bread issues or whatever other issues you have had. If they don 't know about it, they cannot improve it.
Wore gloves to make person's food before me and handled their money with same gloves on and then proceeded to grab my bread with same gloves on. I asked them to changed and they refused.
Not upset with this location but subway will learn, once you go woke you will go BROKE!
