Great food and service. The place serves a Brazilian buffet with all kinds of meat and salads. You’ll definitely be full.

This is the go-to place in the summer time, when you are looking for a informal place a good selection of meat and salad for you to choose from. You can sit outside or inside. We booked the place for a family Birthday and was quite happy with food and service.

You have to walk down to the restaurant on a foot path and upon descending a beautiful scenery starts to unfold. A large lake with a small pier and people jumping off and swimming. The further you walk, you come upon a modest looking restaurant that doesn't need majestic chairs, cutlery or flooring because the nature surrounding it is beyond anything that can be had with money. The service, drinks and food are simply delicious too! They serve a magnificent variety of fresh vegetables, salads, fish, chicken and steaks. Of course my kids had desert and those looked good too. Virum is very beautiful, my Aunt and Uncle live here, and we ourselves live in the USA. If you visit Copenhagen in the Summer, you must come here for a wonderful evening!! Make a reservation!

At my childhood, this was a cafeteria at an open air lakeside swimming site. Now the cafeteria has been turned into a little jewel. Extremely relaxed, fantastic barbeque buffet and a beautiful sunset. The vegetarian buffet will easily fill you up, and the choices are great. The barbeque is really good, tasty, rare and plentiful.

If the Danish summer behaves, this is the perfect spot. Huge lawn, fun, sun bathing, picnic and sports inc bathing. Sit at the restaurant with feet in the sand, watching the sun set over the lake Furesøen. Awesome grill buffet (churrasco), great selection of meat and fish, huge salads buffet. Don’t expect gourmet quality, but solid home style. Very decently priced. Selection of wine is VERY limited and not intersting. The day we visited, the draft beer was almost without gas/flat. Most staff is local youth, so don’t expect too much, but they do their best. The place gets crowded when weather is nice. You have to do a bit of walking to get there, parking is a few hundreds meters up
