The Corner At Rivermont - Lynchburg

We enjoyed an excellent Sunday brunch on the terrace in the corner. not everyone can get a brunch menu right, but they really nailed it. they have a large selection of brunch options reliable, diverse and tasty. service was also great. I would just say that the moimosa came in a little champagne flute that I thought for a $7 mimosa on the little side. otherwise it really enjoyed and would definitely return!

It was early weekend and it was busy. the owner was friendly and helpful. our steaks were over cooked and could not be replaced because the kitchen has no more. everyone in our party liked what he had, including his second choice. our meals came out at different times. our bill has not been adjusted to reflect the problems. while well, as we celebrated, it was a bit disappointing.

The good: excellent eating, very friendly and hospitable service, cheap prices. local food, well prepared and simply presented. the not so good: the dining room ambient temperature was a bit warm and muggy, and many of the beer selection on the beverage list were sold out.

We have given the corner restaurant a few chances now, but eating was so dirty every time. the grottes of my wife were terrible. they were boiled and placed on the plate without so much salt to plant the water. that happened every time. no longer visit. I'm sorry.

The decor is nice. Portions are huge! Great food for great price
