Moe's Southwest Grill - Lynchburg

Great place to eat a burrito!!! My girlfriend and I went to Moe's tonight to grab dinner the food was prepared very well... It's nice to go to place like this with a all African American staff and it actually be very professionally made... The guys and young lady at the restaurant seemed super cool and it was a chill environment... No line no wait time and it was a in and out experience! I will definitely be going back to the restaurant... The food was very awesome and filling aswell!!! Hats off to the staff for such a amazing job tonight!!!!!

Place was trashed. Used to be one of my favorite locations. Salsa bar was empty. Food didn't taste good. Trash cans overflowing.

This place used to be great. Now it's just filthy. Drink machine is full of mold and filthy. Bathrooms are filthy. Never filled up the empty salsa bowls. No forks. No drink lids. Trash overflowing so customers left trays on the tables. Floors not swept. Tables not wiped. Crew never came out the last 30 minutes before closing.

Used to come here frequently, however life changes made it difficult to get here. Finally came back and was thoroughly disappointed. Had to unroll a sticker on the counter to identify toppings I wanted, dining room and salsa bar were dirty and staff had a general attitude as if we were bothering them by just being there. They were stacking chairs for closing at 730, even though they don't close til 9. The old way of coding toppings while setting my food being made was much better. The whole old process made guests feel welcomed, not a nuisance. Unless things change they won't be there much longer.

I waited for my food for an HOUR. They were that slow, and finally people who ordered after me got their food, so I asked why they skipped me? The answer was my food was sitting at the counter the whole time they just didn’t call or tell me the correct number , and they all stared at me while I waited and didn’t once ask me what was my order number or if my meal was that one waiting. The comment I got instead was “damn so you waited an hour for nothing!”, and did not offer to remake the cold food I took home and did not eat. Awful experience, staff was not friendly, nor did they care and had zero sense of urgency
