McDonald's - Lynchburg

The first time. the first time with the kiosk, was pretty good. hot service, friendly staff. will go again.

This one is not so great but better then a few others. Burger was cold and half put together. You still can not beat a frappe!

During the day the staff is usually very friendly but go anytime after 5 and good luck. I placed an online order to pick up in the lobby I got there and the lobby was closed so I had to go through the drive through and wait to get to the speaker the guy there told me to pull up to the curb and they would bring it out. I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up. I knocked on the door called a bunch of times finally got someone to answer and they said to pull back to the curb and they would bring it and after another 20 minutes still nothing. I had to call 3 more times and wait a grand total of an hour 15 minutes before I could get my order. It was just 2 McFlurrys which is what’s sad

This reviews on how they treat you when you order it at home and come and pick it up using there curbside service. I ordered four hamburgers extra pickle extra onion i took picture so you could see what I was talking about. That's right no extra pickle no extra onion and they were cold plus it took longer to get by 6 car then if I had just waited in the drive thru. SO POOR SERVICE BAD FOOD.

I find it disrespectful that the employees of the McDonald's fast food place clean the place well for us and even more so if the area where the fries are made after a long day of work I just wanted to eat a hamburger with my children and fries and when I got home I found this bug in my fries it's not fair that I pay for food and they don't do their job well for Please be careful mcdonald's fast food employees I won't compare again there it's really disgusting food
