Jack Daniel's Distillery - Lynchburg

We went on the Angels Share tour today and were thoroughly impressed! It was a comprehensive tour of the entire campus, unlike other tours we've experienced, which often rely more on videos than actual behind-the-scenes insights. This tour was exactly what we were hoping for. You could really see that all the staff were passionate about their product. Our guide, Hannah Grace, was fantastic—hospitable, knowledgeable, graceful, and an excellent guide. We loved her! Don't miss the chance to try the Jack Lemonade Slushy!

My guided tour was incredible, led by a talented and knowledgeable former Marine, Brian R, who was absolutely the best! I truly appreciate his dedication to his craft and the company he represents. He made the tour both fun and engaging, sharing a wealth of information about the distillery business and its processes. I was also fortunate to meet Ms. Kathy from the Tennessee Squires Association, who helped me restore my membership and provided valuable insights about the association and my future involvement. It was so cool to share my experience and to be welcomed back into the community from the 1980s — it was a true honor. A heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful people who made my day fulfilling and memorable!

We tied this tour into a TN trip while visiting both Nashville and Knoxville last week. We did the dry tour as we had our son with us who is 15, the tour was amazing! Learning the history of the company was fascinating and the process in which this whiskey has been made from the beginning until now was amazing! Our tour guide Kathi was fantastic and very knowledgeable! We could not have been more pleased with this experience.

That “3 hours” of life which any JD fan would gladly spend for the distillery tour and whiskey tasting (1 hour 30 mins if one opts out of Ms Mary Bobo’s meal). However, let me put it straight that not only a JD fan or whiskey enthusiast, a non whiskey drinker will also enjoy the tour equally. The tour guides are excellent and would explain and answer all questions gladly.
