Hey Cow! - Lynchburg

This place is horrible, not just the food but the staff!! Food is always cold and takes awhile, the vibe and atmosphere that they give here is very unprofessional, wouldn't recommend. The managers and supervision team need to do better with this store smh.

Took 30 minutes to get my food, even longer for others

Not sure what is wrong with this place but I don't see why it can be so bad when there's so many people working there and it's burgers and fries being made. I got the bean burger, which was very flavorful but flat and the bun was atrocious, tasted similar to a MacDonald's bun that has been sitting for hours. Plus there were no condiments on it. The fries were also cold and flat and my friend's fries had spices dumped in there so much that they tasted awful. Further, there's no lids to drink out of your cup with, the shakes are made in styrofoam cups with no lid?? One thing is that the burgers did taste good but were lukewarm. Service is also extremely slow, waited forever for two orders and the workers are rude. Train better, please!

Would give an overall 2 star rating, but it wouldn't get as much attention. First, this place almost never gets an order right. They assume you order fries with everything. Ordered 2 burgers? You'll get a burger a fries. Ordered a hotdog and a burger? You get a hotdog with fries. I'm pretty sure they don't read the receipts. Secondly, the price of the chili dog on the screen is $1 less than what you pay at the kiosk. They either are cheating you out of money or are unaware that the giant screen behind them is wrong. 5/5 times they've failed me. No longer. I'm done with this place.

Located in DeMoss Student Center, the location is pretty nice for students since it is close to the entrance, and I also found the place not too bad in service unlike few who have given one star for this place. Maybe because this place use kiosk to order now, so there is minimal interaction with those who prepares the food. One downside using a kiosk is I did not get my 15% flames cash discount. Burger was meh. I would probably not get it again. Onion ring was not the style I like. Too much batter for my taste, but I could see the merit. I did like the milkshake though. Got a classic strawberry milkshake and it tasted good. Overall, the experience was a mediocre one. For convenience, I would like to give another star for atmosphere.
