Chick-fil-a - Lynchburg

This restaurant is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is great and the service is excellent, while other times the service is good but the food is disappointing or served cold.

I really enjoy the food, but it always feels like something is lacking. Please take a bit more care with your orders.

I moved back to the area a year ago and have tried to give this restaurant multiple chances to improve. Today, I had the worst chicken sandwich I've ever encountered here. It was flat and dry, almost difficult to bite into. Recently, I enjoyed a delicious, juicy chicken sandwich at their mall location, but the branch on Candler's Mountain Road consistently serves small chicken patties and tough nuggets. Please take action to improve this location—this isn’t just a one-time issue; the quality has been consistently poor.

If they enjoy hard biscuits and cold huh, then this is the place for them. definitely the worst chic dirt hole I ever had.

Nuggets were too small, cooked too hard and was very dry NOT GOOD!!! However I'm glad I got the peach shake parfait for my late lunch. Never again 8pc nuggets!!!
