The ice cream was great and the on duty employee was excellent

I called and asked if they had birthday cake ???? made out of ice scream, they didn?t know what I was talking about and later they didn?t know if they sold cakes at all. There?s a huge fridge at the entrance with cakes in them. I laughed, and then the girls there charged me $40 for a $17 cake.... don?t go here. Cold stone is around the corner.

Just ordered three dashers via grubhub. Upon delivery I was missing one item and the other two were unsealed in an open bag which must've tipped over at some point thus causing the content to splatter all over the inside of the bag. Oh and I actually received a phone call from carvel employee to inform me they were out of banana so we switched to another item however when I called back to explain I was missing an item and the other two items painted the inside of the bag the

This place is a disaster. Almost always out of ingredients. Screw up orders consistently. Ask for a dasher ..you wind up with a tuna sandwich. And forget Covid-19 precautions, the bag my dashers were delivered in, was wide open, invest in a stapler. The plastic cap on the cup has a giant hole in the top and is not sealed.

The employees weren?t wearing gloves when taking out my ice cream and making the milkshake.The milkshake was runny and not tasteful because it had hard chunks in it. I will not go back there again I recommend the cold stone up the street.
