Mcdonald's - Luxembourg

Fast despite the number of people. It's small but clean and we found a nice girl who knew English :

Great view from the upstairs area, also I saw a couple of outlets upstairs. Using a restroom is 1€ and the place seems small considering that it’s really centrally located.

Average mcdonalds but the staff could be better, they seem to just speak french, despite the menu/info being German (you would expect them to understand German or English but no, or very little). If you order a menu they don't ask for specifics, they select things at random. Haven't used the restrooms, but from what I have read from others, I probably don't want to.

Pretty much like every McDonald's, u can't eat enough with only an hamburger so u need to order another one. French fries are only an 3/5 while hamburgers are a 4/5. Always full and the queue to order is way too long

Ordered a menu with a vegan burger and the employee sneaked in a few mayonnaise packets in my menu. After mentioning politely that they cannot call the burger or the menu vegan if they add some mayonnaise packets to it, the lady at the counter looked elsewhere while I was talking and dumbed the unused packets in the bin while asking me to leave. Shame on this restaurant that lies to their customer and then do not care at all when we mention it. Terrible Staff and terrible training (unable to handle legitimate complaints)
