Pure - Luxembourg City

Highly recommend this for vegans and non vegans alike. The daily soup and main dish of the day was absolutely delicious. The dressing on the salad was so creamy and the seasoning of the hot portion was spot on. To cap it off the choco hazelnut pie was incredible rich, smooth and full of flavor. They have a rotating menu with a different main dish every day. Only was able to stop in once, but of all the places I ate in my past 2 weeks in Europe this comes in somewhere in my top 3 for sure. To top it off the staff are incredibly kind and friendly, and speak perfect English.

Got to go there!not only because it is vegan, ethic, local and cozy but because the food tastes really amazing! If you’re not fond of veganism forget for a moment any biases you could have against it and give it a try. The coffee is also great, I could not make it to the dessert unfortunately (the plates are well-served so be prepared and go there better hungry but I could heard the comments of the people in other tables and they were impressed about the flavor of the cake.The staff is friendly and multilingual , thumbs up for that!.The facilities are spotless clean including the bathroom (which is not the case unfortunately for many restaurants . Will be there again soon!

Such a fantastic local find! I ate there 3 days in a row, (once take away) it was so delicious!! The daily juice is out of this world with unexpected combinations that together are Divine! Today was apricot, carrot, and ginger! Yesterday it was blueberries and beets! The main dishes are flavorful and also unique. Today it was polenta with huge mushrooms and a creamy vegan sauce. The salad was fresh with 2 different dressings. Gluten free and vegan!! Staff is personable!! Best place in all of Luxemburg!! Get there when they open or make reservations!

Oak is the best vegan restaurant in town! it is such a cute place, has the kindest workers, the food is delicious and always always fresh and prepared with love!
