Panera Bread - Lutz

Napa hühnersalat sandwich ordered yesterday evening. it was so good that I had ordered it again. disappointed. no mayo in salat, a simple cut bun and a couple of dripping halves. it was dry with a lot of green. looks like it was thrown against a wall when I opened it. it all fell apart when I tried to eat it. I'm cured. will not order it for a long time.

Get some real cups since you’re smart enough to charge $4 for a soda. The cup splits just from tipping over.

Panera Bread is a great place for tasty and inspiring deli type sandwiches, soups, and salads. You can become a rewards member and rack up points during 1 visit per day. There's nothing better than knowing your 1 visit away from getting a coupon or a free food item. I tend to be a creature of habit and order myself the you pick 2 that insists of half of a Turkey Bravo sandwich with a bowl of delicious and savory broccoli and cheese soup... With a baguette to dip into my soup and a thirst quenching large order of their Passion Papaya green tea. Typically, the drive through is quick and painless... But if you come around lunch time you may have to wait a wait a few cars to dig in. It's hard to be patient when the food is that good! Don't fret it though, because you always order your food ahead of time for their car pick-up services. Some might find Panera Bread a bit expensive for what they offer, but you can always tell by their quality of ingredients that it may just be well worth the trip!

The employees at this Panera came together and helped me out at a moments' notice, and I couldn't be more grateful. I pre-ordered boxes of coffee for an event, but I ordered from the wrong location. When I came by to pick it up, I realized my mistake. The guys working at this location whipped up my entire order in under 10 minutes, called the other location to inform them of my mistake, and saved the day! Also, thank you Panera for crediting me back for the order that I placed at the wrong location. Thank you so much!

I always have a great time at Panera Bread. The food and service are superb. This location is great. The cost of a meal is also very good.
