Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lutz

The food came fresh, hot and juicy! The staff was friendly and worked fast. The reviews for this location were a bit scary and I almost didn't want to order from here, but I'm glad I did. The tables are a little dirty, but the staff is busy during this dinner flush hours, so I'm okay with it. I have the vegan Sofritas bowl. They were from Guacamole, but it's still delicious!

I'm a Chipotle fan. I've been at around 20 locations in recent years. This place must be the worst I've experienced at a chipotle, unfortunately. As I always did, I placed my order through the app. In the store rubbed and could not help but notice how dirty the place was. I picked up the food and went home. The amount of chicken was MUCH LESS than what is normally in the bowl when ordered from other locations. To make it even worse, the guacamole had a bad taste (as it spoiled or something). I called the store to let them know politely to add a refund for only the Guacamole fees. It has been said rudely that I have to ask for the refund on the app as I have ordered on the app and that there is nothing they could do for me. I recommend Chipotle, but I also recommend you to avoid this particular place.

This is the next chipotle to my house and I'm here several times a month. I had a very bad experience with this place. Not only are they always made of things, but they also serve super small portions of food. The last time I was there, the lady gave me half a Guac. Today I decided to order online for pickup and that is what I got. Very disappointing.

The worst experience I've ever had with a chipotle. Ordered a chicken quesadilla via the mobile app and had to wait over ten minutes after the estimated pick-up time. I didn't mind when they were busy with To-Go orders. But when I get home, I couldn't believe what was in my pocket. A PLAIN cheese quesadilla with a SIDE of chicken. There is no logic in this order. I tried to put chickens in my own Queensadilla, but there weren't enough chickens to fill the queen. I also ordered one side of Guac and it was only half full. I should have read the reviews before visiting this place.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle ever! Look up! Look around! Take pride in where you work. This is unacceptable and absolutely filthy. Several employees behind the counter and not one can walk around and clean?! Not ok!! I?m appalled! Where is corporate on all these bad reviews? Get it together!! I?m embarrassed for you!
