Patisserie Vincent - Lutry

I ordered a cake from their website and they said it would be delivered between 13:00 and 17:00. I called her at 5 p.m. when it was not received and they said it was coming soon and it was 19:00 when we got the cake!! You should improve your delivery service and website tracking!

Most unfriendliest service i have ever experienced, everytime i came to buy a little cake or sandwich, i was really under the impression i was bothering them. Cakes, pastries and sandwiches are good not extraordinary, some are even tasteless), but extremely expensive. I came here a couple of times for the past few years, same impression remained Not worth :

This is my second visit. I had a grandson both times. While they don't have high chairs, they have benches. I really like it here. I can immediately get a nice Salami Baguette sandwich for the grandson and then have soup and salad bar itself. It's very efficient, so perfect for me. The food is very good and I always take some excellent pastries to go.

This is a nice little café with delicious cakes. The service was warm and friendly and all the cakes and drinks we had were beautiful.

Schöne Patisserie im Zentrum der Altstadt. Kaffeehaus-Atmosphäre drinnen und einige Tische draussen. Ausgezeichnete Süssigkeiten, aber auch der Weisswein und Käsekuchen sind gut und preiswert (für Schweizer Verhältnisse).
