Meedou Chinese Takeaway - Luton

I absolutely love this Chinese takeaway and used to frequent it often when I lived in Luton. Their curry sauce is the best around! However, I tried the one in Barton a few months ago for a special occasion, and the curry sauce tasted different. It wasn't as bold as the one from Luton, and the flavor was somewhat off—it just wasn't the same, unfortunately. I would highly recommend the Luton location instead. I'm sorry they ran out of the special dishes; I'm sure they were very popular! I hope they use the same recipes as the Luton branch.

I just enjoyed a wonderful meal at Meedou! The food was exceptional and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was incredibly friendly when we arrived. This will definitely be our go-to place for another amazing dining experience. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Meedou!

I placed an order for food and waited around 45 to 50 minutes for pick-up, but it was definitely worth it. The food was delicious and there was a generous portion!

I ordered king prawn satay vegetable egg fried rice, was very disappointed given it was my first time trying this Chinese. The king prawn satay was a sauce and didn’t taste anything like peanut. The rice was below average. We also ordered the aromatic duck and was not cooked how I normally like it, it was very wet instead of crispy on the outside, not the best when you put it into a pancake as it makes it soggy!.. The cucumbers for the duck where also very thick instead of being thinly sliced.

I Have Used This Chinese 2/3 Times Because It's Local To Me... Chicken Balls Are Hit Miss, Lemon Chicken Is The Worst... I Definitely Won't Be Going Back... April/May 2021
