Outpost Cafe - Lusk

Stopped in for lunch while on a motorcycle vacation. Best burger and fries I've had in quite a while. Considering they were VERY busy and new guests were waiting for open tables, the service was still quite good and the perfectly grilled burger was worththe wait. I don't want to jinx future pricing, but they have felt the effects of inflation up there, or maybe not? Freshlygrilled cheeseburger, fries, and a soda for just under $10! You can't beat that!

When traveling with trailer from Black Hills South Dakota you leave early. Do yourselves a favor, please stop and have breakfast here. Family owned and operated. Food was outstanding and portions to fill you up for the rest of your day. Well worth the stop.Support small businesses ???????? America.

Really enjoyed our meal at this little cafe. It looks drab on the outside but don?t let it deter you for a good home cooked meal. Their food was just that- home cooked everything and tasty. It was clean. Perfect place to stop and eat!

Stopped by on a cold snowy Sunday morning. We were met with a warm and friendly greeting . Our waitress was very friendly. The food was excellent. It is a stop we will remember long after we are home in New Hampshire. Our experience at The Outpostwas a great way to start our day.

The place hits you like an oasis! The outside looks a little rough truck stop ish, but do not let that deter you this is a great family diner to check out with kid, wife, and a group. The food options are plenty, including a really nice salad bar. I wouldsuggest stopping, slowing down, and enjoying some time in Lusk.
