Civico 31 - Lurano

With a few tables occupied, we waited 45 minutes to order, after another 40 minutes, they warned me that lack of ingredients for my pizza...changed racing, I waited for another 40 minutes, for 2 pizzas 2 chips. The very rude girl, at my regrets for waiting for 40 minutes to tell me that they couldn't make my pizza, she proved upset and complained she was alone and couldn't do miracles. Besides us there was a table that had already supper, a txvolo with 4 boys and 2 with 2 couples.... Pizza arrived very burncchate in the edges, not to mention that it was not the pizza chosen. Surely I will not come back and I do not feel to recommend

We stayed for the Carnival, great surprise. Nice local, with animation for children, organized local. The staff is courteous and helpful. The fresh dishes, we varied from the appetizer to the sandwiches and to finish excellent also pizza. Excellent beer.

I chose this place because I always felt good, but Friday I was disappointed. The price of the cocktails we were in Forte dei Marmi, we ordered two spritz and arrived after the chips: of which some cold inside and boiling outside. The piada with salmon had the lemon (not reported among the ingredients) that it was the master. They brought us the chips first and the sauces then the dishes. The waitress, to which we explained the changes of ingredients in the square, brought one more and another wrong. Always the same waitress told us: now I feel if you have to pay.. And he took her away! Also we asked to cut them x the children and arrived whole, we asked three times the dishes to divide them, among other things they were terrible. A place that for me was 'a security' since yesterday is no longer.

Very nice and welcoming location. Careful, friendly and friendly staff. Excellent pinsa, ultraphracy with top quality ingredients. Try buffalo and Burrata!

Living recently in Lurano, I had the opportunity to order Hamburger and Patatine for a fast dinner during the lockdown. The request was taken immediately by a very kind girl who knew how to explain the various products, the ingredients, since I did not know the food of Civic 31. Accurate and very courteous explanation. The delivery took place just a few minutes later, despite it was a Sunday evening of rain and many requests given the current situation. Great smiles and friendliness from the girl who delivered. I left a small tip, it was only because the premises were organized with takeaway without charge of expenses, and thanked me very much as if it were something exceptional: I hope that everyone can pay homage to the local activities that bring us takeaway food leaving a tip or small contribution, both as a sign of thanks, and because they are small gestures that in the mountain become great contributions. The Hamburger had 2 large slices of breaded chicken (very good) and the packs of Fried chips were abundant and in a very comfortable reusable container. Quality Very remarkable price. Thank you guys, keep up with your expertise and kindness of smiles. You acquired a new customer.
