REALLY! We are Sardinian and this summer of the after covid we decided to travel to our island, making some stages. I begin by saying that this structure was the only one to ask for a deposit; after we understood why. We arrive and welcome the owner claiming to have given us the most comfortable room, sin that just left we noticed that in the room we were not alone: on the ground, in the TV cabinet and in the wall ants tiny and very fast. We call and report the problem we are told that the cleaning lady will arrive (for other very kind), with the disinfectant. The lady comes with the classic insecticide bomblet and the intent to spray it, but where? And then... with us in the room?!? When it goes away we realize that the ants are not containable so we call back and we are told that we will be moved to their other structure a few meters from there. We take the luggage and move and what's waiting for us is even worse. First of all, we continue to deal only with the lady (who presumably deals with cleaning the rooms), and not directly with the owner and therefore responsible for everything. The new room is disgraceful and dirty: in the shower a used soap and an empty bottle of bath, the lurid soap door, the remote control of split and oily TV, the curtain of the broken bathroom and the room a hole. We sleep, so to say, but in the morning we decide to leave the room (despite having booked for 3 nights); we communicate it to the owner ready to discuss, instead for all answer: Yes, if you did not find yourself well go ahead and do good holidays, not a word of apology and above all the will to return a welcome that has been kept in the underwater since there have been no guarantee of minimal sanitation. The owner's reaction shows that he knew very well what would happen, if he also expected it because it probably wasn't the first time and that's why he's ready to ask for a deposit ... at least 60€ are guaranteed! Something so shameful had never happened to me and I'm sorry it happened right in my land. Listen to me avoid this place and these people who should definitely think about doing another job!

It's a beautiful hotel. You really eat very well and in the center of the country and you look great.

Hotel really exclusive, and then recommended by a beautiful woman like Sabrina..................voto the most!! !

I have so many beautiful memories of my childhood with my family! you are always in our heart. We will definitely be back
