Sollte ihr Hund dieses Rüstzeug nicht mitbringen, erwarten sie von der Chefin nicht, dass sie mit ihnen ein freundliches und lösungsorientiertes Gespräch führt! Ich wurde von der Chefin im Restaurant vor anderen Gästen angeschnautzt, während ich am Tisch sass und sie ca. 5 Meter von mir entfent in der Mitte des Raumes... Meiner Meinung nach geht man mit Gästen gar nicht so um, Hundehotel hin oder her.
