Dunkin' - Lumberton

This special place always has phenomenal customer service and food preparation is always top notch. I didn't catch the name of the Lord who prepared my Bagel Minis, but I would like to let him know that you are perfecting them and it was very nice to have them crispy.

We visited a Dunkin Donuts on the way from Lumberton after checking out the KOA. The woman was not hungry, so she just ordered a donut. I caught a mango limonade refresher and tomatoes pesto grill sandwich. There were no complaints from both of us. And the food was good. It has distracted me long enough that I forgot to take photos! LOL!

I saw the bad reviews, but I only had a great experience. Friendly staff, accurate drinks and food. Updated in the dining area and a nice stop while traveling.

An order placed after about 3-4 minutes on the trip thru. Basically, I had no articles I ordered. I had to go into the window and the guy never came in the order in the computer, asked me to repeat my whole order. Then gave me a drink I didn't order after I charged myself for it. Instead of paying me back, he asked me to keep it easy... without a refund. Do you have a nice day and went on to close the window. I had to remind him he never gave me the donuts. Donuts tasted like they weren't fresh at all... wet. Very disappointing.

This is usually a great place, but during my drive-thru visit this morning, I received four cold Kolaches and a stale pink donut. I’m not sure why the donut wasn’t fresh, and the Kolaches weren’t warmed up either.
