Roosters Wing Shack is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 9pm and on Sundays from 12:30pm to 9pm.

Chrissy said the burger is what will bring you back, but it was the fries for me... The burger patty was thick and perfectly cooked and full of flavor and so juicy. Garlic Parmesan Fries were hot, crisp and delicious. Price was as expected being where it is located but worth the portion size. Wait time was a bit long considering they were not busy and then having to wait out in the Texas heat with no cover was a minus, but we'll definitely be back!!!Vegetarian options: What's that!??Kid-friendliness: Place you can bring the family.Parking: Small grave parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Not any that I saw.

I absolutely adore this place! I make the drive all the way from Houston just to enjoy their delicious cowboy bites!
