La Fontaine D'athena - Luik

I'm one of those who give a second chance. I first went to this restaurant and I posted a negative comment because I was very disappointed. I've been there lately, invited by a friend. I was worried, but I was satisfied. I went back and I confirm, it's a good address, maybe you should avoid going in the summer when there's a lot of people. But I wanted to rectify the shot of my first remark.

Discovered in we love this family restaurant with warm welcome in a very friendly setting. service is always impeccable served with a smile. dishes are delicious and affordable prices. we return very regularly so we feel good!!!

I'm a regular of restaurants, I really like Greek cuisine. Maybe it was a bad night, but I went there last night on the terrace. The garlic scampis were missing garlic, the Greek pasta was still swimming in the water, the waiter was overflowed and therefore not very happy or smiling, the iced coffee (a classic for those who know the greek) was warm and we had asked it mediumly sweet, it was not at all. I wouldn't say anything about the calamars, I didn't want to taste my wife's. the only strong point was the retsina, just at good temperature. So I was very disappointed, it was the only Greek I had not yet gone to cork and I will not go. I sincerely wish it was an accident of course.

And I'd go back there!!! delicious and hearty food in a family and friendly setting. smiling, welcoming and dynamic staff. Quick service and always with a smile please. If you are looking for a restaurant or it's good to live there, I highly recommend it.

That say more than super, from apero to dessert nothing to say, the mezze very good (tarama excellent) , the beef pavement a feast, the grilled athena (cooked meat as it is necessary) the not fat fries at all and the salad perfectly seasoned, dessert an excellent gourmet. with regard to the service it is just perfect (we take into account the wait between the dishes) the smiling servers, the impeccable atmosphere. dimitri we will return without hesitation to your enthusiasm and professionalism we conquer and thank you for your good mood we have spent an excellent evening with family
