Al Ponte Ristorante - Lugano Airport

We have reserved a table for the evening while checking in to the hotel. so we got a place with super view. the menu offers everything you expect from an Italian restaurant. for the salate you can use a buffet.

We were received at 20:25 with the words: "the kitchen is closing in 5 minutes." The homemade tagliatelles were simply unniceable without a strong after seasoning. Never!

At the beginning we had to wait 15 minutes until someone had served us - then we had to table ourselves that was very in stress and had smoked next to us. before the whole publicity. the speciality of the house, was the polenta and the risotto, which was too high on the map. Unfortunately both were no longer available, as there was nothing left.Pizza was dry and not good. the gnocci were roasted. the only good one was the wee recommendation - but that was also. kindly he didn't charge us the fried gnocci. in a record time of 55 minutes we then left the restaurant in a cursed manner. never again.

Winter garden and terrace with super beautiful views.The eating was good. the service was friendly, then gave us to remember at 21:30 clock that they would like to make dinner. we have no longer ordered a dessert.

Looking for another restaurant in the vicinity of our hotel I found this jewel. the football game was up, swung against itals, so it was quite a party for the locals. exactly the same ronaldo has set me up with drinks, new friends who were curious how a lost American found this place. my wife and I returned twice to dinner and we were not disappointed. go and enjoy them and ask for ronaldo, and on all wise checkout the hotel!
