Tsubaki Japanese - Lufkin

We came for lunch and sat at the Hibachi Grill. Our waitress, Teresa, was fantastic! The Hibachi chef was wonderful and engaged our children with jokes while preparing the food, even involving them in catching ingredients. The staff was incredible, and the food was excellent—some of the best rice we've ever had in town!

This sushi restaurant is truly amazing! The rolls are consistently fresh and delicious, and they are also incredibly creative! The presentation is top-notch, and every type of fish I've tried has been excellent. Additionally, the drinks are fantastic, and the staff is very friendly and enjoyable to be around! After moving back to Lufkin from Austin, where I frequented several sushi spots, I can confidently say that if Tsubaki had been in Austin, it would have been my go-to place. We're really fortunate to have it in Lufkin!

I was in town for work and never imagined that Lufkin had such a fantastic sushi restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend trying the sushi. The pepper tuna appetizer was especially amazing!

We had a great time. The food was great. Our server was very child-friendly... That was great because we had four of them with us. It was my first visit and I will come back many more times.

Amazing Staff and Great Food!! What more can you ask for!!!! Love this place!
