Sonic Drive-in - Lufkin

The food and drinks were good, as always, but I found it quite annoying that I was repeatedly asked what I wanted right after placing my order. It would be nice if the staff could focus on providing service without interrupting, and perhaps even show some enthusiasm for their jobs.

While I was ordering, the staff member taking my order was consistently rude and abrupt. After that, I waited 30 minutes without any updates while watching other cars come and go. When I pressed the button again to ask about my order, they just turned it off. I pressed it once more and was told my order was on the way. When I inquired how long it had been, I was told it had been 30 minutes, but they provided no specific timeframe for when I could expect it. After waiting another 5-10 minutes with no sign of my order, I decided to leave and went to Whataburger next door instead.

This is by far the worst dining experience I've ever had. The staff were mostly just standing around chatting, and at times they even brought food to their friends. After waiting half an hour for my order, I had to press the button again to inquire about the estimated time of arrival, only to be told it was on its way and to hang tight. The drinks had been sitting out the entire time, so when we finally received them, they were watered down and unpleasant. The ice cream lacked coffee flavor and was just syrup mixed with ice.

Waited for over 30 minutes for 2 burger menus and an ice. pressed the button to check on our order. they said it was out? we asked ourselves how much longer and they just said it over and over again? terrible terrible service. we went to whataburger.

We went to Sonic on North Timberland , we order two drinks , cheese sticks , and a chicken slider. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and drinks . One of our drinks were wrong , the chicken slider was supposed to have cheese but did not, we had a large order of cheese stick that wasn't a full order. It would have been fine if it was busy , one car hop never move from where they were standing .
