Mar Teres Tea Room - Lufkin

Mar Teres Tea Room is situated on HWY 94, just a short distance from Loop 287 on the left side. After being closed for a brief period, they have reopened and it's wonderful to have them back! Their chicken salad is absolutely delicious, and they offer some incredible desserts as well. The atmosphere here is unlike any other dining experience. It's truly a must-visit! Be sure to call ahead and make a reservation.

I ordered the tortellini with alfredo sauce and chicken breast, accompanied by a garlic knot and a mandarin orange salad. It was an excellent dish, and the almond tea was delightful as well! Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

If you find yourself in the Lufkin, TX area, you definitely need to check this place out. When I first walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Since it was my first visit, they offered me samples of their popular dishes. When I mentioned that I was gluten-free, they really went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations. I couldn't believe that all of this came to just $13!

One of my favorites! Relax and enjoy one of the most pleasant experiences on earth. I recommend chicken salad, broccoli salad, chicken spaghetti and you must have almond tea. Oh, who I'm fucking It's All Great!

We were a party 3. We all enjoyed our meal, and the service was very good. If we get dessert it is the toasted coconut cream pie which is amazing. Our server suggested a new dessert, a mini peach cake with peach ice cream. We shared one. None of us cared for it. It was VERY RICH! Mar Teres is very good, women especially like it.
