Were there twice now and were greeted very warmly, just like the first time. There were hot towels at the beginning, which is not the case in every Thai restaurant. The dishes are very tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. And a lot of effort was put into the presentation of the food. Vegetarian options are also available. Buddha is a very nice restaurant in the centre of Lüneburg. There is a vegetarian section on the menu that has several possibilities, but all contain fish sauce. The allergens are indicated, so fortunately we have seen this. We asked if it could be omitted, and the staff explained that any dish could be veganized except the red curry. Because I first wanted to order the red curry, the staff suggested preparing a veggie curry with massaman curry paste, a bit like a cross between the two dishes. It tasted very good! My husband had the Pat Pak Sichuan and liked it very much. Meals were filled and very fresh. The staff was welcoming and the atmosphere is also beautiful. We recommend a visit here, but as stated above, you should ask about the fish sauce. Visited in December 2022
