Today I had to do in the Ludwigsburg area. With three friends in the tow, the Mykonos was our planned destination for lunch. Parking spaces on which you can park up to an hour with parking disk are available on the opposite side. The house itself is small and old, but completely renovated inside, piccobello clean and with the great inscription Mykonos on the front unmistakable. At noon a single table is occupied with two older ladies. A young slender waiter welcomes us with a handshake to appear again with four bound menus at our table. The menus are laminated. The premises are beautifully designed, not cheesy with these statues, but cozy with dark brown laniat, a front has got a stone slab flooring and a photo on the wall shows a mill under Greek sun. Very pleasant is the smaller selection of dishes. I just don't like these endless tickets where three-digit order numbers are necessary. Warm appetizers from 4.50 Euro to 8.50 Euro, Greek specialties from 11.50 to 17.90 Euro, spears from the grill, fish dishes around the 19 Euro, as well as vegetarians like Moussaka to 11.80 Euro and Luchanika to 10.80 Euro. There will also be a Mykonos record for 34 Euros and a Zeus to 40 Yours. Other islands are also mentioned, for example, with the appetizer plate Rhodes at 25 and the Crete Pan at 13.90 Euro. From the noon menu we choose Gyros/Hacksteak/Lammkrone with supplements (here pommes) and a small vegetable skin (7 euros). For this purpose, a small supplemental salad is served which has nothing to do with the otherwise customary acidic white wort-iceberg salad mixture. We find curled red cabbage, green mouth-cut salad, turbulent carrots and zucchini, which is then covered with a very pleasant sauce. This is just enough to eat, and our main dishes are already coming. For me it was gros, lamb and instead of the chop a piece of pork (alternatively I was offered liver). The best thing on the plate I found the gyro that was not crispy outside, but so little spiced that it was one of the best gyros I have eaten so far. The pork went and the miniature lamb chop swollen so much that I didn't want to eat a larger portion of it. The pommes were ok and the vegetables consisted of carrots, cauliflower and broccoli. Such carvings, especially those of carrot I only know of TK vegetables. All this was appetizing and we were pleasantly saturated afterwards. I would have liked to have tried the appetizer board as a friend of Mezedes. Announced as a variation of the chef with the finest cold and warm appetizers. As we learn from the host, this is limited to the already available and does not offer any surprises outside the appetizer card, I remain loyal to the Argo in Esslingen. Otherwise a nice little Greek restaurant off the Poseidon-Knossos- and Crete meat accumulations but a light kitchen, without Tzaziki and without the previously /after chemistry at the expense of the house.

The restaurant is moved and no longer in the "lower gasse", but in the meantime "at kugelberg" in ludwigsburg hocheck. at the local / beginning of ludwigsburg Hocheck, the signage is bad, therefore follow signposts tierheim. the local is connected to a sports facility and also has a beautiful garden terrace. inside a modern simple but very tasteful decor. from parking to the local no steps and therefore barrier-free. the toilets are accessible only via stairs. everything is very clean and bright. at sporting events it will be a bit louder, especially on the terrace. because this is located locally in the green it is not a problem to let the children play outside. the economics = Greek family are very friendly and attentive. during the week there is a limited card, but you can also request the big card and can then order it. salate very good, nice plate perfect, garlic bread super, Greek meat dishes very tasteful. very recommended are the bratkartoffels, these are fried thicker potato slices and do not taste a bit greasy. price-performance ratio good, food prices from approx. 7,50 €. you can only wish the innkeepers that many guests find them.
