Tavola Italiana - Ludlow

High quality food. Far exceeded our expectations, we ordered from the Family Takeout menu for a group of 10. We had two bowls of chicken parm, a tray of penne vodka and half-shell garden salad. Everything was so fresh and perfectly cooked, I had never taken out an experience, is so great. I didn't need a knife to cut the chicken. We had many leftovers and visited them as well. Very recommended if you are in the Ludlow area, it was so perfect for us to have a high quality meal during the stay.

I had one of the best Fra Diavolo today, they serve homemade fresh pasta and the sauce was the perfect amount of spices. The salad was made from very fresh ingredients. My wife loved the chicken marsala, she said it was one of the best she ever had. The staff, from the hostess to the servers were very polite and professional. The serving sizes were very reasonable, not excessively large, as some places, here is to emphasize the quality. The prices were also very reasonable, especially for the quality of the meal. The atmosphere made it seem like a more expensive restaurant.

This place was really excellent and I'm usually not a fan of Italian food. The location is spectacular. Beautiful view from the outside and a really stylish and cozy interior. No complaints here. The staff is very attentive and really sweet. They spent a lot of time with us and gave our baby a lot of attention. The food! It was real, authentic, cooked at home Italian. I can't stress that enough. I HATE Italian restaurants because I know that she's $20 worth of noodles and it makes me angry. Tavola was different. The aromas were ambitious and courageous. Strong flavors, reasonable portions (instead of a pound of noodles you never hope to finish). The desserts (Almond Cake and Maple Pudding Cake were excellent. I'll be back soon and often for these desserts. We have our way through a fair share of cocktails, all fresh, tasteful and strong enough to know that you are not torn off. I can't stress that enough. This place is excellent and deserves your time.

I received a gift card about the holiday and decided it would be a good time to use it. We arrived at 6:45 and sat in the bar area. The bartender was friendly and attentive. We ordered an appetizer to share with some warm bread. The ducks came and were pretty good. This was our second time in La Tavola and will definitely return.

Really great Italian food and great staff. We came on a Saturday without reservations and the owner managed to squeeze us in even though they were fully booked. Really appreciated the service and food.
