Contribuiți la feedbackThis place is quite hit or miss. many of the time they are badly managed because all good managers have stopped due to unavoidable stress. they must manage it better. but every time they will go there and it is amazing. Excuses that they are not doing the breakfast right now because they are in the consistently good service on the morning. we do not go back until the breakfast is back
Oma ordered three tacos, they gave us two. the problem to the counter broke and they fixed it. I ordered a box deal no acid looked and she put it on two items. equal and they repaired it. no pleasant lunch. no wonder that computer jobs replace.
Pretty slow to get through the drive thru. not sure why this location is always under personal. they were so before covid. eating is as expected. need improvement with efficiency
I ordered online and pay. Get there 5 minutes later (well before posted closing time) and the store is closed up, drive thru and store. Call and am told my refund will post in 24 to 48 hours. How is this even legal?
As someone who at one point was eating Taco Bell for at least 5 meals a week, I'd give Ludington Taco Bell a solid 0 for speed and a 2 for the actual food. I just spent my full hour lunch break sitting in the drive thru. 45 minutes with 10 or so cars in front of me, 5 minutes to go from 1 car in front of me at the order box, then another 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me to take my order. I had a mobile order that I had placed ~50 minutes prior and they couldn't find my order at first. I shouldn't have to waste a full hour of my life for a $5 meal when I probably wasted as much money in gas just sitting and waiting. Slowest restaurant in the area, highly recommend AGAINST going here unless you enjoy wasting your time due to understaffing and slow workers. It shouldn't take 5 minutes for a single order to be made, yet people are wanting their wages increased? Learn how to do your job first
