"The location of the restaurant is lovely, and the waitstaff are very nice and accommodating. However, unfortunately, our experience was marred by the owner, who was quite unpleasant and spoiled the overall impression of the restaurant. Service is really important to me, but if someone simply wants to eat and doesn't mind an arrogant attitude and a lack of attentiveness, then they may still enjoy this place. While I believe everyone can have a bad day, it’s essential for businesses to recognize that such behavior can lead to losing customers. In response to the potential reply to my review, I suspect it will lack genuine apologies or explanations. I found it hard to articulate everything I feel about the situation, and I'm unsure how to address it without it coming off wrong. If I could offer feedback, I believe that the standards for service should be higher. My experience would have benefited from a more considerate approach, especially considering I have dined at many other establishments that understand the importance of customer service and attentiveness. Overall, thank you for offering the chance to provide this feedback. I truly hope my thoughts contribute to improvements in the future."
Podnik na peknom mieste, jedlo fajn, čašníčka veľmi milá a ústretová ale bohužiaľ to celé pokazil čašník (predpokladám majiteľ , ktorý bol od začiatku veľmi nepríjemný a kazil celkový dojem reštaurácie. Pre mna je servis veľmi dôležitý, ale ak sa chce niekto len najesť a nevadí mu arogantne vystupovanie a vražedný pohľad obsluhy kľudne príďte. (Pán mal možno len zlý deň ako každý z nás raz za čas, každopádne ak sa cez to nevie preniesť nech si vezme volno nabudúce, takto stráca zákazníkov EDIT: Myslim, ze Vasa reakcia na moju review napovie Vasim potencionalnym zakaznikom vela. Nemyslim si, ze nizsia cenova kategoria restauracie by mala automaticky znamenat neprijemny pristup od obsluhy vobec neocakavam pristup ako v michelin star restauracii len ludsky pristup a obsluhu a mozno dojem, ze Vam na zakaznikovi zalezi, kedze ste majitel a to by mala byt priorita. K tomu rusku to ste na sebe nemal a nebolo povinne v dobe, ked som vasu restauraciu navstivila aj so svojou rodinou, cize som vas vnimala celeho .Neviem kto bola pani casnicka na prvy pohlad to vyzeralo ako keby Vam pomahal v ten den Vas syn a pani manzelka samozrejme netusim, ci to tak je a je to uplne jedno, kazdopadne nejaka pani v strednom veku nas privitala a dokonca mi pomohla s vyberom jedla vhodneho pre moju intoleranciu.A dakujem za ponuku, casnicku som vykonavala pocas mojho studia v zahranici v Skandinavii a verte, ze za pristup ako ste mal Vy, by ma okamzite vyhodili. Velmi dobre viem aky to dokaze byt stres a prave preto som v mojej review napisala, ze mozno ste mal len zly a tazky den a vsetci sme len ludia.
Chutne a dobre jedlo a obsluha uplne super. boli rychly a na pocudovanie aj jedlo sme mali rychlo pripravene.
Výborné domáce jedlo, pekné ubytovanie. Príjemní a ustretoví majitelia.
