Sign In Cafe - Lucknow

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the recent party I organized at your venue, '*Sign in Cafe Aliganj Lucknow* ', on 22nd July. To begin with, the behavior of your staff was nothing short of unprofessional and disrespectful. They displayed a lack of courtesy and failed to provide adequate assistance throughout the event. However, what truly added to my frustration was the *presence of the owner herself*, who not only exhibited an irritating attitude but also seemed to encourage such inappropriate behavior. Considering the amount of money I spent to book your venue for this occasion, I expected a certain level of professionalism and quality service. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below my expectations. As a customer, I believe it is important for you to know about this unfortunate incident. I trust that you will take immediate action to address these issues and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. I will never ever recommend this worst venue. Waste of money and time too.

I booked the Upper hall Pros .Location Its at prime location .Spacious Upper hall is spacious .parking wide road is there to park fine number of vechiles . Cons .Old furniture Less no of staff for my gathering of 55 pax only 3 persons were there including the manager , this affected services badly .Cooling doesn't work well . It was very very hot that day and one has to sit just underneath the AC to feel cool otherwise your hankey will be bery useful . .Service Staff were dumb , they didn't listen to the guests , even though they were not ready to serve water even after asking for so many times by our old age guests , they just ignored . The lady manager was getting panicked immediately if we were approaching her for anything like for improvement in services etc . Behaviour We were told that the restaurant remains open till 11 but they started switching off the ACs which were already not working and lights at 10 to get the place vacant . This was insulting as hell . Not recommended . .

Good ambience with tasty food.. owner's behavior is awesome.

Ambience is good. The architecture is really cool with the lightings made of emojies .... really a best place for hangouts and freshen uo yr mind . Staff is very helpful n always there welcome and wao u every moment . The food is awsome .... totally worth it .... : :

Exactly the place Aliganj needed and probably the best themed based cafe in Lucknow. With latest concept of Giant Food , Best hookah experience and such an awesome ambience ! Food is lip smackingly delicious and really really commendable mocktail range. Sign In Cafe is THE place to hangout
