He ' Ajay ' who grew up and has travelled around the Globe India collecting receipies expertise to showcase his talent with food at 'ROASTED ROOSTER ' in Lucknow. The restaurant is located in a rather unassuming corner that’s quite easy to miss but not difficult for foodies who know for their tongue how to carry their legs. The Restaurant Cafe is both clean and tidy—despite having limited space and more customers than can fit inside at one time all the staff members there greeted my family friends me with smiles as warm 'n 'hot as the food they serve there. For Starters : Veg Shami Kebabs, Shola Paneer Tikka, Burra Grilled Chicken, Shehanshahee Seekh Kebabs, Kalmi Kebabs and can you beat it its serves the best Chicken Dimsums in Town !! For Maincourse we have tried and recommend the best stuff Veg Soya Keema Mattar, Achari Paneer Masala, Paneer Butter Masala, Dal Makhani, Chola Kulcha, Chupa Rustam Chicken, Achari Chicken, Kashmiri Mutton, Bhuna Ghost Dehati Chicken is not to be missed. His garlic naan are with nil elasticity and will never stretch is the word. There is only 1 sweet dish in the MENU. It is called THE PHIRNI. His mother makes it at home and packs it in small earthen bowls and sends it across. It is worth till the last spoon. When there is noting left in the bowl..... Trust me you will ask for it again then and there. I would thoroughly recommend ROASTED ROOSTER to anyone who is a foodie and loves to eat praise good food. I know I 'll certainly be returning soon again and again to this place !!
