If you, like me, have a desire to have a delicious lunch passing through Lubny, the only place I recommend 1000% is the Kazka restaurant. On the same day, I first went to Mafia and I was so indignant, because the waiter REFUSED SERVICE when asked to speak Ukrainian. Of course, I got up and left. And thank God, because I found the Kazka restaurant on Google, and I want to say that I liked EVERYTHING here, from the pleasant waiter who greeted me with a smile to the incredibly delicious cuisine. The dishes are not just tasty, but tasty, refined, with a good presentation. Separately, I want to note the size of the portions, they are HUGE!!! I am delighted! Keep it up!
