Contribuiți la feedbackThis location always seems to have some kind of issue. The drive thru is notoriously slow. No matter what you order, you're more likely than not to get old/cold fries, even if they have to make your sandwich. They charge for condiments (other than ketchup)but rarely remember to put what you paid for into the bag- even if you ask them a second time! I honestly don't know why we keeptrying this place every few months when there is never any improvement. Today was the last straw! NEVER lie to a pregnant womanabout her ranch being in the bag, especially after you made such a show of being sure to charge for it!!!
This was my first time ever eating Whataburger and it was an extremely poor experience. Arrived to this location on 9/14 at 7:30 pm and was second in line to order. The cashier was very pleasant and took my order. At this time another customer comesin....apparently her credit card dropped inside the store while making a transaction through the drive thru and the employeescould not find it. The drama continued when the husband came in and asked to speak to the manager. One of the employees (girlwith blond box braids was also very rude to the customer that asked to speak to the manager). Between me ordering and the chaosbetween the unsatisfied customer, it took 30 minutes for me to get my food. My order was a simple chicken strip kids meal and ajr whataburger. The employees to include the managers were very slow and disorganized and didn't seem to value customers or havecontrol of the situation at hand. There was also a gentleman sitting in the restaurant who seemed to be over everyone else (Hehad on a long sleeve, striped shirt with the whataburger logo on it). He had on his headphones, laptop opened but never oncepayed attention to anything going on in the store. He is definitely not a leader. One of the managers (a female) did express howsorry she was for the delay. This was my first and fortunately last time at Whataburger.
Whataburger is always great. They always get my order right and they toast the buns.I just get a regular small cheeseburger (the justaburger). I don't need a huge cheeseburger so Ilke not having to pay more money for something I either won't finish, or willoverstuff myself. Sometimes I add bacon. Last time we went, I sat down at my table and then noticed they had a blue cheese baconburger. I wish I had noticed that earlier. It sounds great!
Came to get an exclamation order and after I paid for my meal, I noticed that no one works not even the manager was to change gloves. The manager was just pulling his thumb out and with him on the register and then putting his glove bk on so I spent $26 and for nothing cuz when I run it into the garbage cuz in not going sick cuz they don't know how to change their gloves
It took a really long time for me to get my burger even though I ordered before and to be the only car there I think but they have the order right, and wasaburger is always good. Food: 4/5
