Starbucks - Lubbock

I get a Cold Americano with 2 pumps of cinnamon and 3 pumps of toffee nut with cinnamon cold foam topped with Carmel and cinnamon and dolce topping and EVERYTIME I go to this location I have to ask them to remake it and it’s still wrong. Every other location in Lubbock can make it right but this location cannot. I have to complain every time and waist not only my money my time for them to not read the tag and make it right. This location is HORRIBLE and needs to get new workers that can read and make a coffee correct.

The people here are always so kind and go above and beyond. I have never been to another Starbucks anywhere that has staff that's even half as amazing as this one.

I requested they scan my gift card on my app and take the rest on my card. They said sure no problem! , scanned my app, and still charged the full amount on my card. My gift card still has the money but it would 've been nice if they had just told me they couldn 't do both instead of lying to my face and getting a tip for it.

Taste good, but like always it's expensive. Other important thing is that they not have the new drinks when they are supposed to have them when putting them on the screen

Great Service! The incredible baristas perfectly delivered my custom request of a Hello Kitty Frappuccino. I would definitely come to this location again!
