Sonic Drive-in - Lubbock

Ordered breakfast this morning with my son. My order had an extra ingredient i did not ask for. i mean, when i say i want a sausage and egg croissonic sandwich and a orange juice, did you see anything about me mentioning any cheese in there?? i mean come on people, pay attention to what your customers are ordering. everytime i go there, there is always an issue with my order. i only went there because the clinic i went for appointment was the next block down and my son was hungry. sonic, please, please tell your employees to listen carefully to the customers orders. tia good thing about this time is, they were actually nice about it and the bellhop was very apologetic about the whole issue. other times there are NOT.

The service could have been a bit friendlier, but the restaurant was bustling during HAPPY hour.

Food is always good, service is always great, but the location itself needs a lot of maintenance. There are a few spots that do not work the menu so that you do not even have to order and move, some of the stands will not process credit cards/debit cards and some stands that the speakers are so clinked, they cannot hear you or you can not hear them. Other than that nothing wrong with food or customer service. You are pretty fast and efficient to bring your order. Make sure you check your bag of items before you drive the whole way home because sometimes something is missing, but it just happened twice and they were happy to replace everything I didn't get.
